Here is the final video in the series, Improve Your Posture with Yoga.

For this one, find a doorway to stand in front of.

If there isn’t a good doorway around, you can use a friends arms.

Improve Your Posture with Yoga – part 6


You should feel a good stretch across the upper chest and the arms.
Once you have learned all 6 poses you will find you can complete the practice of this sequence in 15 – 20 minutes. I hope you will discover how wonderful it feels to stand tall. Blessings, Lillah
