When you co-ordinate your mental intention, your breathe with the physical action, then you have real power.
So remember to breath correctly while doing all your yoga poses.

Yoga & the Organic Body, Morning Leg Warm up Part 4
This pose is great for the abs, back and legs. There is a lot of attention to detail that is needed to do this yoga pose properly. Practice along with this video for several days in a row to really get it. After that be sure to refer to the video from time to time as a refresher. Remember – daily yoga practice!
